From time to time, we may offer promotions to new, existing and potential users (Promotions). 
The specific terms set out on this page apply in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions (including clause 13, which applies to all Promotions) and our Privacy Policy
We will endeavor to keep this page updated, but we may vary a Promotion from time to time where reasonable to do so. Any variation will not affect accrued promotional entitlements.

Mosh Price Match Guarantee

1. Overview of the Guarantee

Mosh offers a Price Match Guarantee to ensure you receive the best possible price for your hair loss treatment. If you find a lower price for an identical or substantially comparable program (including unlimited practitioner consultations, medical treatment and delivery) from an Approved Competitor, we will match that price, subject to these terms.

Mosh reserves the right, acting reasonably, to refuse a Price Match Guarantee if it does not meet these terms.

Hair Bonus Offer: If you are price matching an eligible hair loss program, we will include our Better Hair Shampoo & Conditioner bundle (valued at $60 RRP for a 3-month supply) at no additional cost. Please note, the bonus shampoo and conditioner is subject to availability.

Weight Bonus Offer: If you are price matching an eligible weight loss program, we will include a voucher for you to redeem a bottle of our smoothie mix (valued at $69.99 RRP) at no additional cost. Please note, the bonus smoothie mix is subject to availability.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a Price Match, all the following conditions must be met:

• Eligible Programs: The Price Match Guarantee is only available for hair loss and weight loss treatment programs prescribed by a Mosh practitioner and excludes over-the-counter (OTC) products.
• Identical/Substantially Comparable Offer: To confirm a Price Match, you’ll need to have received a treatment plan from both the competitor and Mosh which meets the conditions set out below. The competitor’s treatment plan must be: Equivalent to Mosh’s in treatment and dosage; Equivalent pricing to Mosh's on the same billing cycle (e.g., monthly); Substantially comparable to Mosh's in terms of ongoing care and support inclusions (specifically, unlimited practitioner consultations and ongoing check-ins, medical treatment and delivery).
• New Plans Only: Promotions apply exclusively to new treatment plans (treatment or dosage) and cannot be applied to active plans. Approved price matches will apply to the next applicable billing period and cannot be applied retroactively.
• New and Returning Customers: The price match is valid for all customers subject to the following conditions: For existing customers and returning customers, price matches are not valid alongside any competitor introductory or promotional offers (e.g. discounts across month one). These customers are also not eligible for any bonus giveaways in connection with a Price Match Guarantee. Existing customers and returning customers who have been on the same Mosh treatment plan in the past 45 days are not eligible for the Price Match Guarantee on the same treatment plan.
• Availability: The competitor's offering must be readily available for purchase at the advertised lower price at the time of verification with demonstration that it is valid. Any personalised offers must be presented within 14 days.
• Exclusive Offers: Mosh reserves the right to refuse limited or exclusive promotions, including but not limited to select ambassador, affiliate offers or friend and family offers.
• Mosh reserves the right, acting reasonably, to refuse a Price Match Guarantee if it does not meet these criteria, and at Mosh’s sole discretion, to propose an alternative offer.

3. How to Claim

• Contact Support: To process a Price Match Guarantee claim and make your purchase, please contact our customer support team via the designated form.
• Provide Evidence: You will need to provide clear evidence of the lower price, such as a URL to the competitor's website or screenshot of a payment page (including details of the program, price and terms) for us to verify.
• Verification: Our team will verify the competitor's price and your eligibility according to these terms. You can typically expect a response within 2 business days.

4. Offer Limitations & Exclusions

• Redemption Period: Once a price match is confirmed, a unique code will be provided. This code must be claimed and the purchase completed within 7 days of issuance. Codes not redeemed within this period will be void, requiring a new submission.
• Clinical Suitability: Suitability for any treatment is subject to evaluation and approval by a clinically independent doctor or nurse practitioner. A price match does not guarantee treatment suitability. If you are deemed ineligible for treatment, any payment made will be refunded in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.
• Offer Duration: Once applied, the price match offer will be active and applied to ongoing eligible plans for a period of 12 months. Should you pause or cancel the plan, the price match offer will cease to apply.
• Plan Changes: Your price match offer is valid only on the specific program you claimed on (specific treatment, dosage and support inclusion). If your plan changes (for example, due to a change in dosage), your plan will return to regular pricing.
• Usage Limit: This offer can be claimed once per customer, per eligible plan.
• Bonus Availability: The bonus Better Hair Shampoo & Conditioner bundle, The Healthy Mummy voucher, smoothie mix and additional bonus offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. Bonus availability will be confirmed at the time of price match approval. Any bonus product offers cannot be exchanged for cash, or other products or services.

6. Important Disclaimers

• Right to Refuse: Mosh reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Price Match Guarantee if it does not meet these terms and conditions, or if we suspect any fraudulent activity or misuse of the guarantee.
• Modification of Terms: Mosh reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Price Match Guarantee and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any variation will not affect approved Price Match claims.

Tummy Smoothies Giveaway

Offer Overview: Receive a four pack of The Healthy Mummy Tummy Smoothies (350 g each) valued at $220 RRP total, plus free delivery, when you sign up for an eligible Mosh or Moshy weight-loss program. A one-time use voucher to redeem the smoothies will be sent at the end of the promotion period or after the delivery of your first month of the weight-loss program, whichever occurs later. Voucher redemption is available exclusively via The Healthy Mummy website.

The promotion period is two weeks from the date of this post and will expire from December 8th, 2025, but may be extended at Mosh/y’s sole discretion.

Eligibility Criteria: Offer applies to new customers who sign up for a Mosh or Moshy weight-loss treatment program, assigned by a Mosh health practitioner, during the promotion period. Eligibility for Mosh/y weight-loss programs is subject to practitioner review. Offer excludes unlimited dietitian plans and OTC or meal-replacement plans and products.

Exclusions: Voucher is redeemable for the Double Pack of Tummy Smoothies only and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or an alternate product. Giveaway is subject to stock and flavour availability. Mosh reserves the right to substitute the product with an item of equal or greater value if required.

Bundle & Save Promotion Terms

The Bundle & Save discount is available for Eligible Customers only.
An Eligible Customer:
a. is a new or returning customer with an active subscription for either sexual health, hair loss, or both. This offer excludes OTC-related plans assigned by a Mosh practitioner.
b. has been assessed as clinically suitable for an eligible weight loss plan, following completion of all required questionnaires, practitioner consultation and practitioner approval (as per Section 1. Eligibility & Approval).

The Bundle & Save discount applies to Eligible Weight Loss Plans. An Eligible Weight Loss Plan is: b. a weight management treatment plan that is assigned by a Mosh practitioner and has a minimum monthly cost of AUD $279 and $324 per payment, reflecting the discounted rate after the Bundle & Save offer is applied to select plans. This offer applies only to selected weight management treatments. Not all prescribed treatment options qualify. Under Australian Therapeutic Goods regulations, prescription treatments cannot be listed. Information about specific treatments will be discussed during your practitioner consultation.

How the Bundle & Save Discount Works: The discount (maximum $120 and $75 off the pre-discount price, depending on the specific treatment plan) will be automatically applied to your Eligible Weight Loss Plan at checkout if your meet the eligibility requirements listed above.If your practitioner recommends a treatment program that does not meet the eligibility requirements, standard pricing will apply. Your eligibility will be confirmed before any payment is processed.

The discount applies to the initial dosage and any subsequent dosages within the same treatment plan, provided the customer remains eligible for the Bundle & Save offer.

The standard price of a subscription is based on the product recommended by a Practitioner and may be subject to change over time.

This promotion is valid for a limited time only. If Mosh withdraws or changes this Bundle & Save offer, acting in our sole discretion, and you have already commenced an eligible Bundle & Save plan prior to such withdrawal or change, the reduced pricing and any applicable terms of the offer will continue to apply until the end of that billing period.

If you cancel, schedule a cancellation, or otherwise cease to be on one or more of the hair loss or sexual health plans that qualify you for the Bundle & Save offer, you may no longer be eligible for the reduced price on your weight loss plan. In such an event, your Bundle & Save discount will be revoked. Exceptional circumstances, including pausing of your plan due to a pre-agreed medical condition, will enable you to still retain the discount for it to be resumed when your plan resumes.

General Promotional Terms (Applicable to all Mosh/y Promotions & Discounts)

Unless otherwise specified in specific promotional materials:

Pricing Changes: The standard price of any subscription is based on the treatment recommended by a Practitioner and may be subject to change over time. You will be notified of any pricing changes in advance.

Single Use: This promotion is only valid for one use per patient. For ongoing offers like Bundle & Save, this means one application of the bundle discount which then continues as long as eligibility criteria are met.

Non-Transferrable: Promotions cannot be transferred to another individual.

One Per Transaction: Only one promotion can be applied per transaction. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or referral code.

Eligibility & Approval: Use of any promotion is subject to patient eligibility and practitioner approval.

Non-Refundable/Redeemable: The value of a promotion is not refundable or redeemable for cash.

No Backdating: Promotions cannot be applied retroactively and must apply at the point of purchase. No refunds of previous payments will be made on existing plans that already qualify for an offer if the offer was not applied at the time of purchase.
